Bequest Language

We have provided some basic bequest language to assist you and your attorney. Please feel free to change the numbers or percentages as you desire.

1. Bequest of a Specific Dollar Amount "I hereby give, devise and bequeath [Bequest Amount] to the Foundation of California State University, Monterey Bay, a non-profit organization located at 100 Campus Ctr., Bldg. 97, Seaside, CA 93955-8001, Federal Tax ID: 80-0494808, for California State University, Monterey Bay's general use and purposes."

2. Bequest of Specific Personal Property "I hereby give, devise and bequeath [Property
Bequest] to the Foundation of California State University, Monterey Bay, a non-profit organization located at 100 Campus Ctr., Bldg. 97, Seaside, CA 93955-8001, Federal Tax ID: 80-0494808, for California State University, Monterey Bay's general use and purposes."

3. Bequest of Specific Real Estate "I hereby give, devise and bequeath all of the right, title and interest in and to the real estate located at [Bequest Real Estate] to the Foundation of California State University, Monterey Bay, a non-profit organization located at 100 Campus Ctr., Bldg. 97, Seaside, CA 93955-8001, Federal Tax ID: 80-0494808, for California State University, Monterey Bay's general use and purposes."

4. Bequest of Percentage of an Estate "I hereby give, devise and bequeath [Bequest Amount] to the Foundation of California State University, Monterey Bay, a non-profit organization located at 100 Campus Ctr., Bldg. 97, Seaside, CA 93955-8001, Federal Tax ID: 80-0494808, for California State University, Monterey Bay's general use and purposes."
